Richardson is the founder of Never too Late to Dream Foundation (www.NTLTD.org), developing programs in LGBTQIA+ Advocacy, financial literacy, Re-Entry services, scholarships, recovery programs. Skylar is a versatile pro with expertise as an HR professional, salesman, project manager, and business consultant. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, he is passionate about sharing the love and hope of God with the queer community via outreach and connection. He currently offers freelance consulting in HR, project management, and sales. In his free time, Skylar enjoys creative writing, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
