It's that time of year again. Call it homecoming! Call it a family reunion. Call it FIERCE, FABULOUS, AND FUN!!!!

It's our time to celebrate ourselves and one another!

June 19, 1865 was the day the last community of enslaved Americans in Galveston, TX received word that they had been freed from slavery. This was more than two years after President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863.

On June 13-15, The BYC will celebrate our freedom from the State ... as well as our freedom from addiction and alcoholism.

I'm so excited for all y’all to descend on NYC for the 5th Annual BYC Juneteenth Celebration.
